The pond, yard, and pavilion are privately owned by the owner of the cabin. You will have access to the yard and pond and front yard, but not the pavilion down the driveway.

Occasionally young kids from the neighborhood will show up to fish. It's a very family oriented neighborhood so we like to allow them to do so. They are instructed not to show up if anyone is using the pond. If they are fishing and you would like to use the pond you can let them know you're renting the cabin and would like to use the pond.

We will not bother you during your stay, our goal is for you to have a quiet, private vacation. But we are just up the road and are happy to help if you need anything or have any questions! Feel free to contact us anytime!

Quiet, secluded, family friendly neighborhood.

The cabin doesn’t share a lane with another house, but it does lead to a pavilion, bathhouse, and the owner's private pond (separate from the pond in the pictures) that occasionally need to be accessed. You have a private parking lot that can comfortably fit 4 vehicles. If you do need extra parking, you can park at the bottom of the parking lot off to the side of the lane. Just so a vehicle could get passed if needed

If checking out on Sunday we offer our guests a 2:00 pm check out!

The area is on a quiet, family owned hillside. You will have plenty of privacy and no homes are very close together, but our cabin is not meant for parties and lots of noise. We ask that you be respectful of all neighbors and noise levels if you plan to be out at the fire pit or hot tub, especially in the evening.
